Do top-ups replace a subscription?
No. Top-ups add one-time credits for extra renders or generation spikes. They do not modify your recurring subscription and do not change future billing cycles.
Can I hold multiple subscriptions at the same time?
Not in the current version. QoA currently assumes a single active subscription per user so credits, renewal rules, and ledger state stay predictable.
Where do I manage billing after checkout?
Checkout starts from the pricing page. Recurring subscriptions, purchase history, and your current credit balance are managed from the billing center under your account.
What happens when a refund or cancellation is processed?
Webhook processing syncs the order or subscription state back into QoA billing. Refund-related credit reversals are recorded in the ledger rather than hidden inside a derived balance.
