Terms of Service

By accessing and using QoA AI (“Service”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

QoA AI is an all-in-one AI video and image software service (SaaS). It is a digital product delivered entirely online and may include generation, editing, transformation, and asset-processing workflows.

The Service provides a user interface, workflow tools, credit management, and integrations with third-party AI infrastructure and model providers. We are an independent software service and are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any third-party model provider unless expressly stated.

Generated results may vary and are not guaranteed to be accurate, unique, fit for a particular purpose, or free from rights issues. You are responsible for reviewing generated outputs before publishing, distributing, or relying on them.

3. Account Registration

To use certain services, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. Each account is for individual use only and may not be shared or resold.

4. Subscription and Payment

We offer free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions will automatically renew according to your selected plan unless you cancel.

Prices, included credits, billing intervals, renewal terms, taxes, and checkout details are shown before purchase. All payments are processed securely through our merchant-of-record or third-party payment providers. We do not store your full payment details. By making a purchase, you also agree to the applicable merchant-of-record and payment provider terms.

Credits are a limited license to use eligible Service features. Credits have no cash value, are not legal tender, may not be transferred or resold, and may expire or reset according to the plan or purchase terms shown at checkout or in the billing interface.

If a payment fails, is reversed, is disputed, or is suspected to be fraudulent, we may suspend access to paid features, pause credit delivery, reverse related credits, or request additional verification.

5. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page, through the hosted billing portal when available, or by contacting our customer support at support@qoa.ai. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
  • You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
  • No partial refunds will be issued for the remaining time in your current billing period

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital and personalized nature of our service, refund eligibility is limited and governed by our Refund Policy. To request a refund, please contact us at support@qoa.ai.

6.1 Digital Product Notice

QoA AI is a digital SaaS product. No physical goods are provided, and there is no need for a return address or return of any physical product.

7. User Conduct

Users agree to:

  • Not upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Not upload illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content
  • Not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the service
  • Maintain the security of their account credentials
  • Use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes unless otherwise agreed

8. Acceptable Use for AI Media

You may not use the Service to create, upload, edit, transform, distribute, or request content that:

  • Is illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, harassing, hateful, exploitative, or promotes violence or self-harm
  • Contains or requests sexually explicit content, non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual content involving minors, or sexualized depictions of a person without clear consent
  • Infringes or misappropriates copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, likeness rights, or other intellectual property rights
  • Impersonates a person, brand, public figure, or organization in a misleading or harmful way, including deceptive deepfakes or synthetic media presented as real
  • Requests regulated professional advice, high-risk decisioning, unlawful surveillance, biometric identification, weapons development, malware, credential theft, or other harmful technical abuse
  • Attempts to bypass safety systems, content filters, rate limits, billing controls, or usage restrictions
  • Uploads private, confidential, or sensitive personal data unless you have the right and authority to process that data through the Service

You represent that you have all rights, licenses, permissions, and consents needed for the prompts, images, videos, reference assets, and other content you submit. You are responsible for how you use, publish, and distribute generated outputs.

We may review prompts, uploads, generated outputs, account activity, and billing signals when needed to enforce these Terms, protect the Service, process support requests, or comply with legal or merchant-of-record requirements.

9. Standards for Platform Usage and Handling of Violations

To ensure fairness and protect the normal operation of our services, we specifically monitor and will take action against the following abnormal behaviors: subscribing through unofficial channels, violating the single-account principle through account sharing or resale, attempting to manipulate membership status through improper means, deliberately performing repeated cancellations to disrupt service operations, exploiting system vulnerabilities to gain undue benefits, circumventing security measures through technical means, and any other behaviors violating our terms of service.

For the aforementioned violations, we may suspend or terminate relevant accounts, remove or restrict content, revoke any unlawfully obtained benefits, refuse refunds for fees incurred due to verified violations, report activity to payment providers or authorities where appropriate, and reserve the right to pursue legal action.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by us and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you upload, and we claim no ownership over your content.

Subject to these Terms and your compliance with applicable law, we do not claim ownership of outputs generated for you through the Service. However, AI-generated content may be similar or identical to content generated for other users, and we do not guarantee exclusivity or copyrightability of any output.

By submitting content to the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, display, and otherwise use that content as needed to provide the Service, operate safety and abuse controls, resolve support requests, and comply with legal obligations.

11. Term and Termination

We may immediately terminate or suspend your account for any reason without prior notice or liability, including but not limited to cases where you violate these terms and conditions.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply stop using the service or contact our support team.

12. Disclaimer

Our services are provided “as is” without any express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

We do not warrant that any AI-generated output will be accurate, lawful for your intended use, non-infringing, commercially suitable, or accepted by any third-party platform.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

14. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of modified terms. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or through the Service.

15. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
