By accessing and using QoA (“Service”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

QoA is an all-in-one AI video and image software service (SaaS). It is a digital product delivered entirely online and may include generation, editing, transformation, and asset-processing workflows.

To use certain services, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. Each account is for individual use only and may not be shared or resold.

4. Subscription and Payment

We offer free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions will automatically renew according to your selected plan unless you cancel.

All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment providers (we do not store your full payment details). By making a purchase, you also agree to the applicable payment provider’s terms of service.

5. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our customer support. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
  • You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
  • No partial refunds will be issued for the remaining time in your current billing period

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital and personalized nature of our service, refunds are generally not offered. However, we may review refund requests submitted within 7 days of purchase if the service fails to function as described. To request a refund, please contact us at support@qoa.ai.

QoA is a digital SaaS product. No physical goods are provided, and there is no need for a return address or return of any physical product.

7. User Conduct

Users agree to:

  • Not upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Not upload illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content
  • Not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the service
  • Maintain the security of their account credentials
  • Use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes unless otherwise agreed

8. Standards for Platform Usage and Handling of Violations

To ensure fairness and protect the normal operation of our services, we specifically monitor and will take action against the following abnormal behaviors: subscribing through unofficial channels, violating the single-account principle through account sharing or resale, attempting to manipulate membership status through improper means, deliberately performing repeated cancellations to disrupt service operations, exploiting system vulnerabilities to gain undue benefits, circumventing security measures through technical means, and any other behaviors violating our terms of service.

For the aforementioned violations, we will immediately suspend or terminate relevant accounts, revoke any unlawfully obtained benefits, refuse refunds for fees incurred due to verified violations, and reserve the right to pursue legal action.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by us and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you upload, and we claim no ownership over your content.

10. Term and Termination

We may immediately terminate or suspend your account for any reason without prior notice or liability, including but not limited to cases where you violate these terms and conditions.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply stop using the service or contact our support team.

Our services are provided “as is” without any express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

13. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of modified terms. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or through the Service.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
